Started training in 1994, obtaining black belt (sho-dan) in 1999

Has various competition awards for both kata and kumite. Recently competed at The legends (2017) Coming 2nd in ladies black and brown belt kumite and being part of the woman's kumite team coming 1st place.

 

Achieved instructors qualification in 1996 and qualified first aided. Assists with teaching beginners at Kokoro. Started Kokoro Trafalgar in July 2015. Achieved ni-dan February 2016 Joined Knowle Village karate club as assistant instructor in March 2016
